but CBN are releasing the money bit by bit ,so the released money,why are the banks not giving them out?? Pls think and bank can never loose money because CBN have record of old note deposited into any bank because banks will forward to CBN the amount of old notes in there position...pls don't come and talk like CBN are giving banks short money ...banks are reserving the new note for politicians simple...you will see after 25th election, new note will full everywhere

first of all it’s not their head office as most bank have the head offices in Lagos, secondly the money is meant to be in the machines no matter how small as across the counter withdrawal for individuals is now 20k , and lastly their apps are down 90% of time. 3trillion in circulation is excess cash we’re going cashless
