There is no equality in marriage, stop confusing yourself, there are no two heads in a home, just one and that is your husband. Your husband is the head of the family just like God is the head of the church. Your Husband is not your friend, he is your Lord (1 Peter 3:6). Majority of those that claimed to have married their friend have divorced the marriages. And there is no way your husband can give you 24hours attention, wont he go to work and make money for the family? that means he Will stay with you from morning till night? It's not possible, let's stop deceiving ourselves on social media. Even a jobless man can never give a woman 24hours attention.

All these things are uncalled for because marriage is a union of two parties, no one is doing anyone any favour because the two are there for a common goal of complimenting each other.

its called delegation of authority. Let husbands have the authority, submit totally. Let the man have control, don't try to compete or challenge his authority. Instead use your God given feminine energy to make him do what you want, and in reality, the wife is the real controller of the head. It's a kind of power that comes to a wife naturally, its not a power she can have by grabbing or take by force, The power a wife has over her husband can only be gotten by submission.

issue is that some of the women bow to thier bosses in the office but disrespect thier husband not all women though
even when a man wants to lead peacefully and properly there can still be issues. The Koko of the matter is to marry someone that is normal. Once anyone gets the right partner life becomes easy.

My own is that the divorce rate is higher than it has ever been, spike in single mothers automatically causing a spike in statistically disadvantaged kids, there are less men interested in marriages today, more single women above 30, and it has been shown that there will be more single women in their 40s in the near future. Watch word ' complement'.
