Good day fam, my bros wish to send me out the country urgently . The agent I met said 5m on a work visa to Canada . Will that money be okay ? And, can someone actually get a Canada work visa for such amount? Please help me it's urgent

Nope. Canada work visa is not for sale.
Why don't you apply for a study permit, like a diploma or masters if you already have a degree.
You are eligible for a post graduate work permits and in some province like the Atlantic, you may be eligible a PR in short period of time after studies.
