It depends on the workout. I’ve gained weight while being in calorie deficit but realized my body fat went down. Muscle mass went up. Also, have a cheat day! It helps your metabolism to stay on the higher end. Lost 50lbs+ this year. Limit the scale!

It's all about calories in vs calories out. If your eating more than you burn you won't lose weight. Start by using a bar calculator to get an estimate of the calories toy burn in a day. Then use a calorie tracker and eat that amount after a week weigh yourself.

my best weight loss hack is collagen- its pure protein and will stop cravings- etc - plus anyone over the age of 25 - well every year your body makes less and less- of course eat whole foods and watch chemicals and GMO's

I love how all the answers are ignoring the fact that not all bodies work the same and maybe it's a health issue 🙄.
I used to be skinny then gained 11kg doing the same thing as when being skinny my thyroid was being attacked by my immune system.

Drinking tea does absolutely nothing. The only thing that is effective is figuring out what your body type is, exercising, and either going on a calorie deficit or calorie surplus.
