(0) Look at the mirror or take a selfie.

(1) Do daily exercise that will make you sweat out body and skin toxics very thoroughly. Morning or evening.

(2) Do a lot of water after such heavy exercise and pee as needed. If possible drink tea, hot or warm water.

(3) Do this exercise for three weeks non stop. Morning, Evening or even both.

(4) Do not skip breakfast at all for those three weeks. Don't eat anything after 8:30pm in the night. Maybe you can snack with nuts later at night if you feel hungry.
