Let's put it simply, people are fascinated with showing off, the same performance of a Benz can be provided by a Toyota Camry for most people's basic car needs but that show off or imaginary luxury, that one na koko.

For iPhone it is about simplicity, 70% of iPhone users are not technical at all, they just want to take photos, use emojis, chat and play games hence the phone appeals to the vast majority of people. the Android community is vastly different, 60% of Android users are curious beings, from rooting to customization no other OS gives you that flexibility, from running advanced Kodi features without slow down or other IPTV firmware to being able to amplify your phone's bluetooth signal, almost anything is possible with Android, real Android not Android wey dey struggle to breathe(Techno) grin grin. So in short, for the simplicity and the name brand/ feeling of luxury, iPhones will continue to dominate the market in terms of pricing, it's a drug and the buyers are addicts.
