They Always Make Me Remove My Eyelashes- Singer Ayrastarr Recounts Her Experience With The Nigerian Passport Immigration Officers.

Your own better. They made me borrowed 1 stinking wig for 1k and still arranged paper at the back of my ear so that it will show in the system. Asking me why did I have to grow small ear that look invisible in their low budget system

When going for international passport for ladies, go with a bare face devoid of any atom of makeup and have cornrows as hairstyle, you can wear a wig and remove it before capturing.... also remember to wear a high neck top

I have an expired Nigerian passport, too. I won't have to get a Nigerian visa with the new law.

Yes, the law was recently passed.

Yes, but you need a valid Nigerian passport to leave

Not true.

So true

Then why did I leave Nigeria with an expired passport recently?

Lol, please tell us more about how you did this. We're here to learnπŸ˜€. Personal experience is always the winner in these things.

There was no trick. They mentioned that I needed to renew my passport, and I told them I would get it done next time. That was it.

It's either you're one-off, or there's been a policy changeβ€”so many stories of people who could not leave without a valid Nigerian passport.

I don't know what to tell you. I came in and left with an expired passport. I don't even know why they care. How can a country force you to stay when you have a valid passport to another country?

Because it's Nigeria and so everything has to be complicated.

Japa: The Rate At Which Nigerians Are Leaving The Country Is Alarming - Nigeria Immigration Service

When only a few, maybe less than a million, ruling selfish, the corrupt, wicked cabal has decided to corner the Nation's commonwealth. They recklessly expend the same as if tomorrow will never come to the knowledge of the same 200m citizens.

The education sector is comatose, cos of whatever agreement the Government signed with the DISCOs. Who has successfully put the last straw that broke the camel's back on the electricity the 200m citizen must suffer in darkness, a government that empathizes, sympathize, and indirectly sponsor banditry and terrorism, ever-rising inflation? In general, a Nation without a system is a FAILED STATE!!! Among the youths and some elders, nothing wanting to leave Nigeria is like not being an ambitious individual
