It looks like Anita wanted to make Rudeboy put millions into her company TannkCo and retain an ownership interest in her former husband's mall for divorce.

However, Rudeboy being a man with little supply of emotion, wasn't carried away. He weighed the 4-cardinal point of that financial request and pulled out. Anita, in frustration, relocated with their kids to the US, necessitating a sad divorce.

I don't understand Anita investing in the mall as though Rudeboy was incapable of building a mall. Psquare made a hell of money before that stupid brief breakup. The mall project and TannkCo company came during the separation and not before. Rudeboy, as an Anambra boy, should be too proud to allow his wife to invest in his project, given that he has the resources.
